The Noodle Hive Story

 

In December 2018, the Noodle Hive was honoured to be listed in the MICHELIN Guide Hong Kong Macau 2019. In the hope to bring healthy and enjoyable cart-noodles to more people, we look for extending and welcome business partners who have the same ideals.

 

The Noodle Hive is a health-conscious and modern Hong Kong bistro founded by a group of friends who share the same passion for good food and Hong Kong’s local culture.

After eating their way through a large variety of noodle places all over Asia, they decided to start their own modern take of the popular cart-noodle shop (車仔麵). Our goal is to let everyone know that cart-noodle shop can be serving food with no MSG, no additives & freshness.

 

A simple staple, the Noodle Hive’s homemade noodles come in a range of thickness and types that can be combined with a selection of homemade toppings and sauces, making a delicious, nourishing and gratifying everyday meal.

 

At the Noodle Hive, every dish is prepared and cooked at its finest. The team pays special attention to the health benefits of their choices of ingredients which are sourced from reputable suppliers whose quality and standards have been measured and tested by popularity and time.

2018年12月，「蜜斗」榮獲《米芝蓮指南香港澳門 2019》選為2019年度米芝連小食推介食肆。本著為更多市民帶來健康美味的車仔麵食之宗旨，我們欲加開新店，並歡迎抱有共同理念的商業顆伙加盟。

 

「蜜斗」乃一間關注食客健康的新派本地小餐館，由一群對提供優質食品和保留香港本土文化有熱情的朋友開設。

嘗遍全亞洲各類型麵食後，這群朋友決定開設一間大眾化的新派車仔麵店。我們的目標是要讓廣大市民知道車仔麵是可以不含味精、不含添加劑而又新鮮可口的。

 

「蜜斗」的主食——自家製麵有不同粗幼和種類以供選擇，配以各款自家製的配料和醬汁，就成為一碗美味、有營又令人心滿意足的麵食。

 

「蜜斗」的每一款食品均由烹飪團隊用心製作。團隊嚴選營養價值高的食材，並跟經得起時間洗禮且信譽良好的一流供應商採貨。
